HOW DID I MANAGE TO DO THIS…

I went about a year without realizing I was capable of putting pendant lights over my kitchen island 😑 I just accepted there were ugly despicable disgusting can lights over my island and there was nothing I could do about it. When sent me these exact pendant lights for her own home I LOVED them 😍😍😍Great scale, clean minimalist lines, and GREAT PRICE. These are from Target. Studio Mcgee. You know whas good

SO, when the lovely very nonchalantly said “you know we can just convert them” my mind exploded. I knew I wanted these exact pendants, the second I went to buy them they were sold out. I begged and begged Target to bring them back, and even left a comment in the reviews. Then one night at 2AM I tested my luck one last time and SCREAMED. They were back and I was a happy girl🥰The end.

Now both turk and I know they are kinda sorta a bitch to clean, but I kinda sorta dont care. I love them and they love being here. Today's lesson: Dont let ugly can lights control your life. Convert that s**t.

Absolute Aussie down unda bungalow perfection. Such a vibe. Please someone tell me im not crazy when I say…. This picture, these lines, the mood, the architecture, I can SMELL it 😅

CLOSING TIME🥳 had my very first closing today! Represented the buyer on a cute cottage style home that is about to be a whoooole lot cuter after we work together to gut and renovate! I had so much fun with this one and the adventure has only just begun. Renovation station here we come 🕺

🥰MOOD🥰 I’m currently sitting on the couch in the condo watching the snow squalls blizzard by feeling so so nostalgic and proud of myself. I’ve got big news to drop soon and in preparing for that, I spent a few hours looking back on all the progress pictures I have taken over the past two years in both my cabin and my condo. It’s an insanely heartfilling experience to follow a dream…. lots of ups and downs… and sometimes I forget to look back and remember how far I have come. UGH it might be the condo vibes but I just feel so happy and cozy 🥂 back to cleaning before my next guests show up and I’m still sitting on the couch 😆😆😆
