Closed one store. Opened another. Somehow survived. 😂

When I filmed this, I thought this space looked and felt so empty but we certainly filled it up!

We’re officially open on Red Cedar Street and so excited to welcome everyone into our new space. Stop in and see what’s new!

One of my favorite parts of what we do is sitting down with couples and helping them build a registry that’s truly theirs.
Not a checklist. Not a one-size-fits-all list of kitchen gadgets.
A conversation about how you cook, how you gather, what traditions you want to create, and what pieces you’ll reach for again and again for years to come.
I just love helping couples choose the pieces that will become part of their first home, holiday meals, dinner parties, and everyday moments together.
I have built my own kitchen over many years of trial and error, and choosing the right pieces that will last a lifetime, and I would love to pass that knowledge to each of our couples who register with Cassandra’s Kitchen.

Some of the best parts of life are honestly the simplest.
A good meal. A little time slowed down. People you love sitting around the table with nowhere else to be.
It doesn’t have to be perfect or fancy. It just has to be real… and shared.
Those are the moments that end up meaning the most later on, even if they felt small in the moment.

I know what I’ll be making this Father’s Day…
A great smash burger doesn’t need to be complicated, just a few good tools and a few good ingredients. My must-haves? A sturdy smash burger press, a long spatula for getting those perfectly crispy edges, my favorite burger seasoning, and a generous squeeze of Coastal Ketchup.

Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and guaranteed to disappear faster than you can make them.
If you’re still looking for a Father’s Day gift, we’ve got everything the grill master needs to take his burger game to the next level.

If Dad’s happy place is standing behind the griddle with a spatula in hand, this one’s for him. 🍔

At some point in adulthood, something changes.

You find yourself feeding a sourdough starter, admiring sheet pans, questioning whether your cutting board is non-toxic, and genuinely wondering how long your watermelon will stay cold in a serving bowl.

And suddenly, you’re asking yourself one very important question:
What would Ina do?

The answer is probably serve it beautifully, make it look effortless, and remind us that store-bought is fine.

Tell us in the comments…what’s something you never thought you’d say as an adult?

Sometimes the best recipes aren’t in a cookbook….they’re on the back of a bag you found in the pantry.
These White Chocolate Chip and Craisin Oatmeal Cookies came straight from the back of a package of white chocolate chips, and honestly? They did not disappoint.
A few things made them even easier:
✨ Stretch-Tite kept the dough perfectly covered while it chilled in the refrigerator.
✨ Once the dough was scooped, our favorite cookie tray with a lid made it easy to store everything until baking time. Prep now, bake later.
Because some days, having cookie dough ready to go feels like a gift to your future self.
Have you ever discovered a surprisingly great recipe on the back of a package? Tell us your favorite below! 🍪

One thing I’m trying to do more of this month is cook with what’s actually in season.
Right now, my kitchen is full of berries, peaches, tomatoes, and cucumbers, and when ingredients are this good, they don’t need much help.
One recipe not to skip this month is Ina Garten’s Panna Cotta with Raspberries(recipe on our blog!). It’s simple, beautiful, and one of those desserts that feels special without requiring much effort (my favorite kind).
I’ve also been using this month’s seasonal ingredient list to help plan meals and avoid buying produce that’s out of season and lacking flavor.
What seasonal ingredient are you reaching for most right now? I’d love to hear in the comments!

This is what it feels like to walk into a kitchen that has been completely curated, organized, and set up for you.
“Take the Kitchen off your Plate” is a full-service kitchen setup experience designed to take every bit of stress off your plate. From careful unpacking to intentional organization, we handle the entire process so your space is not only functional…but beautifully seamless.
We start with personalized planning based on your kitchen essentials….glassware, pots & pans, knives, flatware, Jura coffee machines, baking tools, and everything in between. From there, we coordinate delivery, unpack everything with care, wash and prep items as needed, and strategically place each piece for optimal use and flow.
Once everything is in place, we remove all packaging, clean the space, and complete a final walkthrough so your kitchen is fully ready to enjoy.
No boxes. No clutter. No decision fatigue. Just a kitchen that works and feels exactly how it should from day one.

Curate your kitchen. Reclaim your time. Enjoy the space you already love.
