People admire the finished floor, but few know what goes into making it happen.

Yesterday, before most even had their morning coffee, I made sure the team was set. By 9 a.m., I was on the road to Charlotte, securing two pallets and a special plank a client requested. On my way back, I met another client halfway, showing samples in person. By 10:30 p.m., I returned. This is what going above and beyond looks like. Just ask any of our clients.
