This one step gets skipped more than any other — and it can ruin a brand-new floor.

In South Florida, moisture hides inside concrete subfloors. Lay flooring over a slab that's too damp and you risk mold underfoot, adhesive failure, and a warranty that won't cover a thing.

Here's what we do on every job: we moisture-test the subfloor BEFORE a single plank goes down. If the readings are high, we handle it — moisture barriers, leveling, the right prep — so your floors last.

A pretty floor means nothing if the foundation isn't ready. Ask any installer you're considering: "Do you moisture-test the subfloor?" If they hesitate… that's your answer.
