Today I close a chapter that shaped me in ways I never expected. Almost four years in the States — filled with professional growth, creative expansion, and experiences that challenged and changed me.

I started in real estate, then found my way back to one of my true callings: interior design. It was inspiring, demanding, and deeply rewarding — I learned, contributed, evolved. My creativity stretched in directions I hadn’t imagined.

There were countless moments — some thrilling, others quietly transformative. I traveled, discovered new places, met more people than I can count (some wonderfully eccentric, others… let’s just say unforgettable). But in the end, only three souls remained — three friendships that reached far beyond surface conversations and social calendars. They are my true treasures here.
And that’s enough. Because depth always outweighs quantity.

I leave with gratitude, wisdom, and a heart ready for what’s next.

Where I’m going? That stays a little secret — for now. 🌍

The moment I stepped into the foyer of the Norton House, I felt something shift.
The architecture, full of character and thoughtful details, the soft light, the gentle stillness… and the warmest welcome from the woman at the front desk. I felt like entering a place that remembers how to breathe (I often forget😵‍💫).

In the gallery, Picasso greeted me first and I found myself secretly listening to an art expert advising his client. The way he spoke about Picasso’s life, his contradictions, his genius. It felt intimate, almost like being invited into a private conversation between past and present.

Then came one of my favorite moments:
The Artist Studio. Ann Norton’s world.
Her bronzes, stones, and wooden forms rising like a quiet forest — powerful, grounded, deeply human. Larger‑than‑life models, armatures, studies… all carrying the energy of a woman who shaped her own universe with her hands. You don’t just look at her work — you truly feel her presence.

And finally: The gardens.
A sanctuary designed by Sir Peter Smithers, holding more than 250 rare palm species, cycads, and tropicals. A place created to protect silence in a growing city — and it truly does.
I sat on a bench for almost forty minutes, just letting the calm settle in. Butterflies drifting by, pollinators at work, wildflowers opening to the sun. It felt like the world had slowed down just enough for me to catch up with myself.

If you ever visit, don’t miss the Master Gardener in Residence Tour with CJ McCartney — every second Friday from October through June at 11am. It’s a reminder of how alive these gardens really are.

Fashion has always been more than clothing to me — it’s a language.
It speaks of personality, character, and the way we move through life.

Every silhouette, texture, and color tells a story — sometimes bold, sometimes quiet, but always deeply personal.

Even in my work as an interior designer, I find endless inspiration in fashion.
The rhythm of a pleated skirt becomes the flow of drapery.
The harmony of tones in a look translates into a palette for a room.
It’s all connected — expression, emotion, and the art of living beautifully.

Palm Beach reminds me of that every time: effortless elegance, sun‑kissed optimism, and a touch of playful sophistication. 🌸

There’s something about atmosphere that has always fascinated me. It’s the part of a room you can’t quite name, but you feel it the moment you step inside. It’s not one object, not one color, not one piece of furniture — it’s the quiet conversation between all of them.

For me, atmosphere begins long before the first item is placed. It starts with intention:
How should this space make you feel?
What should soften the edges of your day?
Where should your eyes rest when you walk in?

Over the years, I’ve learned that atmosphere is created in the in‑between moments — the way natural light moves across a wall, the softness of a textile under your hand, the calm that comes from a palette that doesn’t shout, but gently guides you. It’s the balance of openness and intimacy, of structure and ease.

I love when a room feels like it’s breathing with you. When materials feel honest. When the air carries a sense of calm. When nothing tries too hard, yet everything feels considered.

Atmosphere is not decoration.
It’s emotion.
It’s presence.
It’s the soul of a space.

And when it’s right, you don’t just see it — you exhale into it.

I’ve walked through the Miami Design District more times than I can count, and somehow it never feels the same twice. I always need an entire day there — not because of the iconic fashion boutiques (though I adore them), but because the district itself is a living gallery.
Every corner, every courtyard, every unexpected passage holds something that sparks a new idea. 💡

Even with the world’s most celebrated designer brands around me, I’m always more drawn to the interiors of the boutiques and the sheer number of galleries woven into the neighborhood. But what inspires me most is the public art — bold, thoughtful, playful, architectural. It turns the district into an open air museum.

And then there’s my personal favorite: Xavier Veilhan’s tribute to Le Corbusier. As someone who adores his furniture — especially that iconic lounge chair — seeing this piece felt like meeting an old friend. I couldn’t resist getting close… maybe even a little too close. Let’s just say: I kissed my favorite architect today💋.

The Miami Design District always reminds me why art in public spaces matters. It invites you to slow down, look up, and let creativity find you.

This year’s Design Week felt richer, more imaginative, and somehow even more soulful. Designers, interior brands, fashion houses, fragrance creators, and so many local artists brought ideas that were not just creative — they were deeply intentional.

One of the most memorable moments for me was The Milanese House by ELIE SAAB Maison. The spaces carried a harmony I rarely feel during Design Week: warmth, comfort, craftsmanship, and livability woven so naturally together. I felt instantly at ease — a quiet, elegant pause in the middle of the city’s energy.

At Baxter Cinema, the new pieces unfolded like scenes from a beautifully lit film. Soft leathers, sculptural silhouettes, and that unmistakable Baxter mood — intimate, tactile, atmospheric.

Artemest’s L’Appartamento felt like stepping into a world curated by hands that truly understand materials. Every room had its own rhythm: stone, wood, metals, textiles — all speaking quietly but confidently.

Versace Home surprised me with a softer, more serene side: quiet luxury, refined lines, and a palette that felt calm rather than loud. A beautiful evolution.

The Radisson Collection installation offered a warm, human moment — Italian sweets, Bialetti coffee, and a design journey that felt like a gentle reset from the city’s intensity.

At Missoni Home, slow craftsmanship took center stage. Watching the Caperdoni machine produce just one meter of fabric per hour was almost meditative — a reminder of the beauty in patience and precision.

Dolce&Gabbana Casa brought a burst of personality: Leopard, Zebra, Carretto Siciliano, Blu Mediterraneo, Verde Maiolica — iconic prints reimagined in new shapes and silhouettes. A dialogue between heritage and modernity, expressed with unapologetic Italian flair.

And the finale — Chasing the Sun. Except the sun didn’t need chasing at all. Milan felt like summer already, and a refreshing sip of V***e Clicquot at a café became the perfect closing note.

My laptop is full of inspiration. See you next year, Milano. 💛

There’s a special kind of elegance that doesn’t try to dazzle or dominate a room.
It doesn’t sparkle loudly or announce itself — it simply enriches a space with calm, softness, and intention.

This is the essence of understated, tranquil luxury.

Think sculptural ceramics in quiet, natural tones.
Hand‑woven linens with a whisper of texture.
Frames, trays, and collected pieces that feel gathered over time rather than styled for effect.

These are the elements that elevate a home in a subtle, effortless way — beautifully crafted, refined, and confident without ever demanding attention.

It’s an invitation to curate with a lighter touch: honest materials, timeless silhouettes, and a palette that murmurs instead of shouts.
Let craftsmanship speak for itself. ✨

The Palm Beach International Boat Show always blends innovation with a certain coastal calm. ⚓️

Walking the docks this year, it was clear once again how closely design and engineering work together in the world of yachting.

What stood out to me is how yacht interiors now meet — and often exceed — the standards of high‑end residential design. Materials must handle movement, moisture, and sun. Space has to be smarter. Storage becomes part of the architecture. And yet the expectation for refined finishes, thoughtful layouts, and a sense of ease remains just as high as in any mega‑mansion.

The difference is simply the setting. Instead of “the sky is the limit,” it feels more like the “horizon is the limit“ — a design language shaped by water, light, and motion. And everything I observed at the show this year confirmed exactly that.
