1st Choice Cabinetry

This is our 6th or 7th remodel with these clients! After they sold their last house, they called us as soon as they got the keys to this one. They have a large family and entertain a lot. The fridge hindered the entry into the kitchen, the range was too small for their large family parties, and the island was too small. We rearrange the appliances, enlarged the island, and installed finishes that match their style.

No one (hardly anyone) wants red stains anymore. These new homeowners wanted to update the home to reflect their style. The kitchen had a peninsula and an angled island, which didn't suit their busy families needs. We gave them a large open island with added cabinetry storage and brought it all up to today's trends. The living room featured built-ins that matched the kitchen cabinetry, that had to go too! Check out their curated book collection!

It's been a minute since we've posted, here's a kitchen and bathroom that we completed this past year.

The client's requested a spa like bathroom. We facilitated the request by adding mood lighting, warm walnut wood tones, a steam shower unit, heated tile floors, a solid Dekton panel shower (no grout joints on the walls), and a custom walk-in closet for unparalleled organization!

The Tanner's have a beautiful new kitchen & powder bathroom, just in time for the holidays! The angled island not only created a pinch point when accessing the dishwasher, but also made the work triangle very far apart. We instead created a large square island, tightening the work flow triangle. The large island also doubled their countertop and storage space. We added appliance garages next the fridge, concealing all of the countertop clutter.

Another wall removed, another large island with an open concept. We also removed the built-in pantry, in order to move the fridge. The old fridge location really boxed in the cooking area. The kitchen had an old dated tile floor so we extended the hardwood floors into that space, and refinished all of the hardwood as well.

Modern euro! Check out this sleek modern kitchen that Mae just wrapped up. Mixing the slab quarter sawn walnut cabinets with the high gloss acrylic cabinets adds a touch of warmth but still keeps the space bright and clean. We also updated the lighting and refinished the original maple floor. Check out the before and after of the hardwood floors. We have been using a new matte finish that takes all of the yellow and amber color out of the wood.
