The secret to a high-impact home makeover? Knowing exactly where to spend and where not to.

This client wanted their home to feel fresh, functional, and updated without a full-scale renovation. We focused on strategic changes (new countertops, updated fixtures, hardware, and cleaning up visual clutter like exposed utility pipes in the laundry room) to make for the biggest transform.
