This week’s culinary delights… 😊

Soups:
Walk-in-the-Woods (cream of mushroom, pancetta &spinach) “a signature soup” of mine that is as great as a sauce (for chicken, etc) as it is a soup!!
Roasted Chicken and Harvest Rice.
Manhattan Clam Chowder.
New Orleans Gumbo

Dinner Kits for 2:
Mama’s Lasagna.
Grilled Chicken and Pineapple Teriyaki w/ vegetable Stirfry and Jasmine Rice.
Olde Fashioned Meatloaf & Mashed.
Seared Salmon a L’Americaine (salmon w/ lobster ravioli & sherried lobster bisque).
Cottage Pie: very similar to Shepard’s pie but made with ground angus beef, not ground lamb!! 😋

Also:
BBQ’d Pulled Pork.
New England Chicken Salad

“Wicked Good” Rice Pudding!!

Good Morning! Hope you had a wonderful weekend!! Loving this “cooler” weather here in Florida! No A/C for a change and driving with the car windows down! 👏

Miso Charred Salmon with Florida Mango Orange Blossom Cream Sauce
Chicken Parmesan with Penne Alfredo
Babyback Ribs, roasted potatoes and Boston baked beans (2 full fall-off-the-bone succulent slabs).
Olde Fashioned Meatloaf & Mashed.

BBQd pulled pork.

* Chili con Carne (it’s going to be a “chilly” week in Florida so this is a perfect one to take off that “chilly”). 😊
* Seafood Chowder (with Grouper, shrimp & mussels).
* Lentil and Sausage soup … a very special request! And my take on the Carrabba’s favorite!!
* Country Chicken and Tomato Soup

Dinner kits:
* Chicken and Broccoli Penne “Mac” & Cheese Casserole
* Mama’s Lasagna
* Grouper Rockefeller

It’s with a very grateful heart that I want to Thank everyone so, so much for all the support and love through this culinary endeavor over the last year and 1/2!!!
