I legitimately squealed when I pulled out this Thibaut wallpaper. 🤩 The texture, the palm print, and the subtle hint of gold. I knew it was the one. From there, each selection added another layer. The vanity and stone brought in those warmer tones, while the sconces, fixtures, and finishes played off each other to bring the whole room together.

Okay, your turn. Which design detail made you squeal?

Psst…this one’s going to be good! 👀✨

A new full condo renovation is officially underway in Pelican Bay, and we’re so excited to give this home a fresh new look.

Demo might not be the prettiest phase of a project, but there’s something so exciting about it when you already know what’s coming. We’re looking at open walls and empty rooms while picturing the finishes, details, and spaces we’ve been planning for months.

And we have a lot planned for this one. Can’t wait to bring you along!

Detail Oriented. ✨ This is one of those rooms where the longer you look, the more you notice.

The ceiling detail, the cabinet fronts, the textured wallcovering, the unexpected tile combinations. There’s something interesting everywhere you look.

The list goes on, but that’s what I love about this room. There’s so much to take in, yet together it all feels considered and never like too much.

AN EXCUSE TO RAID MY GREEN STASH. 💚🗂️✨

Benjamin Moore named Webster Green its 2027 Color of the Year, which felt like the perfect excuse to pull out a few of the greens I’ve been saving for just the right project. From fabrics to wallcoverings, clearly I’ve been ready for this moment. 😉

So…who’s giving me the green room?

“I know what I like, I just don’t know how to put it all together.”

I hear some version of this all the time. You might know you want something playful, a little adventurous, maybe even unexpected. The harder part is knowing which choices will actually get you there without the room feeling like too much.

For this bathroom, we knew we could have a little fun. The crocodile wallpaper gave us that playful moment we wanted, but in a really beautiful, textural way. From there, it was about balancing it with some moodier choices and letting a few unexpected details have their moment.

It’s not any one piece that makes the room. It’s knowing what to put together, what to push a little further, and where to stop.

Without further ado, a little look inside 601 Carica. ✨

There’s a lot to love about this home, but it’s the details that really make it. Crafted ceilings, beautiful natural stone, custom millwork, layered textures, and plenty of moments that deserve a closer look.

I’m looking forward to sharing more and getting into the details, materials, and thought behind some of the decisions we made throughout the home.

For now, I’ll leave you with a few favorites. 🤍
