Final Call: Join the 2025 Village Cast!
Miss the original casting deadline? You’re not out yet—we’re still casting through Saturday, July 12, and there’s a spot waiting if you’re ready to dive in.
Whether you reached out earlier, started the process but didn’t finish, or are just now seeing this—there’s still time to join us. We’re actively filling roles for Villagers and Specialty Performers (stilt walkers, poi/hoop artists, living statues, sleight-of-hand magicians, and more).
No formal audition required. All you need is energy, creativity, and commitment. This is a character-driven experience—we’ll train you on the rest.
If you previously contacted us and didn’t get a response quickly—or if life pulled you off track—this is your invitation to jump back in. We’ll do our best to honor your original character request, if it’s still available.

Once submitted, you’ll receive:
A curated list of available roles
A chance to pitch your character (2-minute video or short written intro)
A simplified casting character sheet
Direct follow-up with feedback and next steps
Can’t do a video? No problem—just let us know and we’ll find an alternative.
Out of town or juggling a tight schedule? We’re flexible, as long as you stay responsive and follow through.
Expect to hear back within 2 business days of your form submission.
Casting closes after July 12 so we can finalize contracts, costuming, and workshop prep.
