Coming to a Coffee Shop near you! ☕

A client came to me with these cool retro panels and wanted them reframed to be used as room dividers.
They had already started one of the pieces,
so I built off of their original concept.
I tweaked a few things and added a few small details to make the finished product more sturdy.
They are now ready to be painted đŸĢŸ

Finding jeans that actually fit, in a style that I like, made out of at least 99% cotton, don't cost an excessive amount of money, AND are flattering........ nearly impossible! So, I took matters into my own hands.
I took a pair of my son's jeans that he outgrew and redesigned them. 👖
They were too low waisted for my preference, and, of course, way too big around the waist, but they fit nicely through the hip and legs. I decided to experiment.......I removed the original waistband, then I added a lace panel from a discarded top to add some height, then I reattached the original waistband after I removed about 10" off its length.
I still have some tweaking to do, but I am pretty happy with how these turned out đŸĨ°

I knew it needed to be seen, but it wasn't enough for an entire bag.
