If you know me, you know I'm a sucker for reuse/repurpose. Our new addition to the farmstand was bought on marketplace a few years ago & used for a clothing closet in our room. We tucked it in to storage because I just *knew* we'd find the perfect use for it.

A bundle of our $5 rhubarb & a pint of strawberries- you can have yourself some strawberry rhubarb syrup over pancakes 🥞 or strain it to use as a syrup for beverages!
Recipe below:
1 cup rhubarb
1cup strawberry
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
*dissolve sugar in water on stove, add rhubarb & strawberries. Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
It's that easy!
