The 62nd Boothbay Region Antiques Show & Sale will take place on the Boothbay Common on Saturday, July 9th, from 10 to 3. There will be about 25 dealers (see list below) setting up under a large tent and in the open as usual. Dealers are coming from 4 states and most of them are dealers who have been doing the show for a number of years. There will be wonderful antique furniture, primitives, Americana, silver, jewelry, textiles, and more. This year admission is by donation. The town selectman passed an ordinance that no events held on the Common could require an admission fee; but admission by voluntary donations are allowed and accepted. A portion of those donations will go to the Boothbay Community Center and a portion will go towards covering the expenses of the show (advertising, tent rentals, tables, etc). The show is held "Rain or Shine" and opens to the public promptly at 10 on Saturday, July 9th. Hope to see you there.
