I’ve never believed a room should belong to one period. The tension between something old, something modern, and something unexpected is often what gives an interior its life.
Pieces collected over time live comfortably alongside the new. Even designs no longer in production can feel every bit as relevant today. Add art that is provocative, deeply personal, or simply makes you smile, and the room begins to reflect the people who live there.
That, to me, is what gives a space its wit, personality, and life.
