The bikes are a little sandy, family dinners linger a little longer, and the outdoor shower has rinsed away another season of beach days.

As we celebrate Labor Day and the unofficial end of summer, we’re soaking in every sunset, every salty breeze, and every gathering with the ones we hold close.

The dining room became the heart of this Contemporary Tudor renovation, bringing a fresh contemporary aesthetic while preserving the warmth and character of the original home. Improved sight lines, bespoke millwork, and stronger connections to the garden create a space designed for both everyday living and entertaining, both inside and out.

Thoughtful detailing was key, particularly where custom millwork meets the stepped levels of the sunken dining room, resulting in a seamless and integrated design.
