A silky coconut vanilla panna cotta, rose-poached peaches, and rose granita. Simple ingredients, delicate flavors, and just enough elegance to end the evening on a beautiful note. 🌹✨

Behind every beautiful plate is someone who’s been burned, cut, exhausted, and somehow still obsessed enough to do it all over again tomorrow, the pursuit of perfection that never really ends.

We call it passion.

Life is hard. Make it harder. Become a chef. 🔥

Markets are always my first stop and my happy place, no matter where I travel.

Long before I visit the famous landmarks, I wander between baskets of produce, inhale the scent of herbs, ask questions, taste what grows only there. Every ingredient carries the fingerprint of its land, its climate, its people, and generations of tradition. You can’t truly understand a culture until you’ve seen what fills its markets.

As a chef, I don’t just collect recipes. I collect stories. Stories told through wild herbs, unfamiliar fruits, handmade cheeses, fragrant spices, and vegetables grown by hands that have worked the same soil for decades.

I also bring home the scents, the flavors, and the emotions each place gave me. They stay with me long after the journey ends and find their way into every dish I create.

Food has a remarkable way of connecting us. A shared table can erase language barriers, a single ingredient can spark a conversation, and one unforgettable meal can become a lifelong memory.

For me, every market is a living museum, and every ingredient is a piece of history waiting to be tasted.

Being a chef isn’t just about cooking. Being a female chef comes with a few extra ingredients. 🌶️👩🏻‍🍳🌶️

Most people only see the best part of my job—the beautiful plates, the elegant dinners, the smiling guests, and the magic of the evening. What they don’t see are the hours before the first guest arrives.

I negotiate with farmers, chase down impossible ingredients, lift boxes, scrub pans, burn my fingertips, obsess over every garnish, and somehow remember who forgot to send the sea urchin.

And when it’s finally time to step into the spotlight, I put on a dress, add a touch of lipstick, turn my favorite music on, dance while I cook, and bring a little fashion into the kitchen.

Because being a chef doesn’t mean I have to stop being a woman. Beauty matters to me. I live by one simple rule: When I look good, I feel good. When I feel good, I do good.

Some chefs wear stains like badges of honor. I wear lipstick with mine.

That’s my recipe. A little grit. A little glamour. And a whole lot of passion. ❤️

European summer has a way of slowing you down. A table outdoors, the freshest ingredients picked just hours before, grown with love by local farmers who care deeply for the land. To me, that’s the greatest luxury: enjoying produce that tastes exactly the way nature intended.

I absolutely love what I do, and I do it damn well. If you’ve ever flown with me through a dinner, a class, a market, or one of my journeys, you know it’s never just about food. It’s an experience.

I’ve learned that when you truly follow your passion, life has a way of opening doors you never knew existed. The more heart, curiosity, and love you pour into your work, the more abundance finds its way back to you.

Living an abundant life starts in your mind, baby. Keep that heart wide open and ready to receive. Fill yourself with all the beauty this world has to offer, cultivate it in your soul and in your body every single day, because trust me, it’s all connected… and it’s all meant to flourish.

Grateful for this beautiful, colorful planet that feeds us, inspires us and reminds us every day that life itself is a miracle. May we admire it more, protect it more and never stop being in awe of it.🙏❤️

There is something deeply moving about meeting people who live in true partnership with the land.

Our visit to hacienda_mamecillo was more than visiting a farm. It was stepping into a way of life built with love, care and consciousness.

This beautiful couple grows their own vegetables and fruits, raises chickens, goats, cows and horses, and nurtures every corner of their land with intention and respect. But what touched us even more was seeing that this way of living extends through the entire family.

Their two young children are part of everything. From greeting guests with warmth, to creating art, to making ice cream, they participate, learn, create and grow alongside their parents. It was beautiful to witness children being raised not around screens and schedules, but around nature, creativity, responsibility and joy.

Nothing felt rushed. Nothing felt excessive. Everything felt connected.

Spending time there reminded us how much abundance exists when we choose care over convenience and stewardship over consumption. You can feel that the food tastes different, the air feels different, and even time moves differently.

We left with full hearts and deep gratitude. For their work. For their values. For showing that preserving our earth begins at home and becomes a gift passed from one generation to the next.

May we preserve more, appreciate more, and remember that this planet gives us everything and deserves our love in return.

Panama nights with my girl ✨
Good food, dancing in the streets, endless laughter, and those simple moments that somehow become the biggest memories.
Grateful for time together, for spontaneity, and for nights that remind you life is meant to be enjoyed.
