We are hiring a permanent Sales Associate for our Boston location!

We are looking for a friendly, reliable associate to join our team. Basic knowledge of needlepoint is preferred.

The role includes:• Helping customers in the shop and answering the phone• Ringing up sales at the register• Pulling threads for customers’ canvases• Checking in and checking out monthly trunk shows• Hanging and organizing trunk show canvases• Opening mail and checking in thread orders and special orders• Teaching beginners how to stitch• Tidying the shop at the end of the day• Subbing for co-workers during vacations when needed

Position is approximately 2–3 days per week, including a few Saturdays.

This is a great position for someone who loves needlepoint, enjoys helping people, and likes working in a creative retail environment.

We are hiring a sales associate in Wi******er and a fulfillment associate in Wellesley! Our Wi******er location is looking for a friendly, reliable associate to join our team.
Basic knowledge of needlepoint is preferred. The role includes:
• Helping customers in the shop and answering the phone
• Ringing up sales at the register
• Pulling threads for customers’ canvases
• Checking in and checking out monthly trunk shows
• Hanging and organizing trunk show canvases
• Opening mail and checking in thread orders and special orders
• Teaching beginners how to stitch basketweave
• Tidying the shop at the end of the day
• Subbing for co-workers during vacations when needed
This is a great position for someone who loves needlepoint, enjoys helping people, and likes working in a creative retail environment.

We are also looking for help in our Wellesley location for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help pack and ship online orders.

Responsibilities:
• Pack and ship daily online orders
• Print shipping labels
• Organize inventory and supplies
• Ensure packaging presentation is neat and consistent

* Waiting on customers in the shop/answering the phone.
* Ringing up sales.
* Pulling threads for customers’ canvases.

* Hanging trunk show canvases.
* Opening the mail and checking in thread orders and special orders.
* Teaching novices basketweave.
* Taking out the garbage/tidying up the shop at the end of the day.
* Subbing for co-workers on vacation.
