SPRING GREEN | Sarah and Spencer from .boston doing a spring refresh at my Green Street studio in JP today. These planters will live inside going forward. Take a peek at what these pros decided to plant next time you walk by. They were chosen specifically for my North-ish facing windows. I get little sun all day at the front. TECH UPGRADE >> Kyle and Claude from came to upgrade the TV display in the living room and add a second TV in the bedroom. We took advantage of the ongoing renovation to check-off other items on our To Do list. Now we’re ready for prime time!

SNEAK PEEK: FROM CLOSET TO MODERN POWDER ROOM.

This powder room was once a closet in our midcentury modern project in Lincoln. Elements of this bath:

    •   (available through Diane Burcz Interior Design studio)
    • terrazzo floor tile from
    • Midcentury Modern vintage pendant lamp
    • white oak backsplash with tung oil finish (I purchased pieces and finished)
    • provided the template for the mirror
    • wall-hung toilet
    •  Pocket door

RENOVATION SPLURGE! I couldn’t help myself - when I saw this light fixture from , I had to have it! Thanks to the patience of my remodeling team - PM Jack and electrician Bill - it will fit in perfectly. Bill is removing all existing but unneeded “can lights” and replacing one with this much more useful (and pretty) fixture. Thanks to Moira at VIBIA who was a big help.

DECISIONS, DECISIONS | My condo kitchen renovation has begun! Many decision points, but we’ve made our choices. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s to come. PET PUP APPROVED // The wool rug from arrived at our JP project. And their dog matches the rug - and seems to like it. Swipe-> to see a rendering for the project from that includes a ramp and window seat for the same doggy. 🐾💓
