Cheesecake Fudge Creamy Cheesecake Fudge Delight 🍰✨
This creamy cheesecake fudge is a sweet bite of heaven! It's simple to make and perfect for any sweet tooth craving.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 9 graham cracker squares, crushed into fine crumbs
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Begin by lining an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Set it aside for later use.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together over low heat. Stir constantly until you achieve a smooth, luscious mixture.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy. Gradually blend in the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is well combined.
4. Pour in the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, and beat using a mixer until everything is smooth and creamy.
5. Fold in the crushed graham cracker crumbs, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
6. Pour the creamy mixture into the prepared baking dish, using a spatula to spread it out evenly and smooth the top.
7. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 4 hours, or until it is firmly set.
