• Demo of old hardwood
• Heavy subfloor prep (removed 40+ year-old floor, plastic and adhesive with extra buffing)
• New Red Oak hardwood install
• Wood filler for a smooth finish
• Finished with a durable Loba system (built for high traffic)

This cafeteria sees constant use, so we made sure the floors can handle wheelchairs, heavy traffic, and require less maintenance over time.
