Hey friends

I wanted to share the lovely Taya’s talents with you all. She is working in Boulder at Studio B Salon as a stylist and is always looking to add to her clientele.

Every once in a while I do things with wood, power tools, blow torches and paint. I had the pleasure of creating this piece for a friend and our(Lupe)self defense instructor for her dojo.
These past three months we have been working on techniques that will help empower not only me yet my daughters as well. Her approach to teaching is incredible and personal.. she has adjusted to our awkwardness, silliness and frequent dance parties and we can’t leave out the sound effects. If you are looking for private lessons, group classes or diving into the world of martial arts I 10/10 recommend their dojo located in Boulder. Thanks again for allowing us to join you for lessons and for letting me create this piece for your studio!

So we did a thing this summer and we finally have it up and running. We took our love of our random thoughts and sayings and made a store front for others to go and shop. We are calling it Pops Shop at the moment as a way to honor my dad and his randomness that we grew to love so much.
So, if you are looking for some new apparel and even if you’re not if you could go give us some love and support that would be awesome and very appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about this Dojo!! My oldest daughter and I started in May doing self defense classes and then my youngest daughter joined in this summer! We love our time together with Allison Zolun as she makes every time in the dojo challenging and fun all at once.
If you are looking for private lessons or a place to learn martial arts I would highly recommend Tran’s Martial Arts in Boulder.
