This mask/glove combo named "Gina" is done. I got stuck on it, not knowing what to do with it, and then just stopped working on it. You ever get sick of looking at a project so you stop crocheting completely for almost a month and restart an Animal Crossing island instead? Anyways, Gina! The lips were from a pattern I have for Oblina (which I can no longer find for purchase, sorry) but I altered them to make them bigger and freehanded the rest. Rezz Rocks was incredible.

My partner got up early to help paint me blue and ended up doing ALL of the contouring and highlighting and shadowing details, and a ton of the coverage. Then rocked my tooth hat and recent leg warmers i made to the show, which warmed my heart.

When we got there, our seats were right next to .moonie, one of my favorite people in the world and one of my oldest friends. So fu**in random, had no idea he was going to be there.

We danced so hard. People handed me treasures. I ate taco bell. I succeeded at crocheting a Halloween costume for the first time.

I've crocheted my halloween costume for the first time. I'm so excited to wear it to Rezz Rocks and maybe to the Vboys. I was going for a sort of "Go-go- boy/Raver/Wook Dr Manhattan." I mashed up a bunch of patterns to make the vest and leg warmers. Hopefully I can pull off the blue face and body paint and not look like a smurf or a Blue Man. Hi! How ya been?
