1️⃣ Guacamole

Ingredients:
• 2 avocados
• 1/4 cup diced tomato
• 2 tbsp chopped onion
• 1 tbsp cilantro
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1. Mash avocados in a bowl.
2. Add tomato, onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Mix gently and serve fresh.

2️⃣ Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
• 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
• 1/2 cup hot sauce
• 1/2 cup ranch dressing
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Transfer to baking dish.
3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes until bubbly.
4. Stir and serve warm.

3️⃣ Hummus

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups chickpeas
• 1/4 cup tahini
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• Salt & cumin

Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Adjust salt and lemon to taste.
3. Drizzle olive oil on top before serving.

4️⃣ Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
• 1 cup chopped spinach
• 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup parmesan
• 1/2 cup mozzarella

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Place in baking dish.
3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
4. Serve hot.

5️⃣ Queso Dip

Ingredients:
• 2 cups shredded cheese
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
• 1 chopped jalapeño

Instructions:
1. Melt butter, stir in flour to make roux.
2. Add milk slowly and whisk.
3. Stir in cheese until melted.
4. Add tomatoes and jalapeño.

6️⃣ Garlic Aioli

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Chill 15–30 minutes before serving.

7️⃣ Salsa

Ingredients:
• 2 cups chopped tomatoes
• 1/2 cup onion
• 1 chopped jalapeño
• 2 tbsp cilantro
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• Salt & cumin

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Let sit 10 minutes for flavors to blend.

8️⃣ Tzatziki

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup grated cucumber (squeezed dry)
• 1 tbsp dill
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove

Instructions:
1. Mix everything together.
2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

9️⃣ Honey Mustard Dip

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tsp vinegar
• Salt & pepper

Instructions:
1. Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
2. Chill before serving.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs and vanilla.
3. Mix in flour, baking powder, and milk.
4. Fill liners and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–20 minutes.

🍫 2️⃣ Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients:
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add butter, eggs, and milk.
3. Beat until smooth.
4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–20 minutes.

Ingredients:
• Shredded cabbage
• Carrot (julienned)
• Green onions
• Soy sauce
• Sesame oil
• Spring roll wrappers

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté cabbage, carrot, and onions.
2. Add soy sauce and sesame oil; cook 2–3 minutes.
3. Cool filling.
4. Place filling on wrapper, roll tightly.
5. Fry until golden.

2️⃣ Chicken Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
• Cooked shredded chicken
• Cabbage
• Carrot
• Oyster sauce
• Wrappers

Instructions:
1. Stir-fry vegetables and chicken.
2. Add oyster sauce and mix.
3. Cool mixture.
4. Roll in wrappers.
5. Deep fry or bake.
