Happy Friday, folks! Today we share phase two of the Quadplex in Bradford, VT we showcased in a previous post. The unique structure of this building gives it so much beauty and character!

This flooring is a vinyl plank called InStudio Lodge Plank in color Grey Pearl by Tarkett. The vinyl construction is impervious to water damage, making it ideal for kitchens and bathrooms, but works perfectly in any room. It is available in a variety of visuals, including classic hardwood grains and sophisticated stone designs. It requires very little maintenance, making it a practical choice for homes with pets and families.

You could have fooled us that this isn’t a real wood floor! Thank you Lauren at LC Design Concepts for choosing us for your floors in your new space and welcoming us to come check it out and take some photos. The showroom is absolutely beautiful!
This is a carpet tile flooring called Flotex in color/style American Wood. It’s made by embedding millions of tiny nylon fibers into a waterproof, non-porous backing. It has a velvety texture and is extremely durable and resistant to dirt and stains. The nylon fibers used are recyclable, many Flotex products contain recycled materials, and the backing is made from recycled vinyl too!
