What a crazy few months it’s been — finally getting around to uploading some recent work!

Check out this stunning over-fireplace installation. Our customer wanted her TV mounted above an existing masonry fireplace that already had stacked stone installed. Her contractor originally planned to “neatly” leave the wiring exposed…

After a quick consultation, we assured her this was no problem at all — this is exactly what we specialize in. She decided to trust our team, and the results speak for themselves.

We carefully removed a layer of stone, carved a precise trench in the block, ran all necessary wiring, and then reset the stone so it looked untouched. Once the walls were closed, you’d never know any work was done behind the scenes.

This type of project is extremely labor-intensive and requires patience, precision, and experience — but we take pride in doing it the right way every time.

We recently completed a high-tech network and AV installation for a beautifully converted barn, designed to function as both a pool cabana and an office.

To meet the client’s need for high-speed data transfer while editing large video files, we extended the network using Cat7 cabling over 300 feet from the main house, delivering 10GB speeds. The space is fully equipped with numerous hardwired network ports for seamless connectivity at each editing station, as well as an NVR system for 24/7 security camera recording.

For entertainment and productivity, we installed a 7.1 surround sound system, a 65” TV, and two pairs of outdoor speakers to enhance both indoor and outdoor audio experiences. To ensure strong and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property, we integrated UniFi access points inside and out.

While ceiling-mounted speakers aren’t the optimal placement for surround sound, we tailored the design to match the client’s aesthetic vision and space constraints. At HT Install NJ, we specialize in custom AV and networking solutions that balance performance, functionality, and design.
