Wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to relax like a cat? This has been Kitty Gurl's favorite spot this week. She doesn't know it but life is about to change, I have been feeding a beautiful silver cat the last two wks. She comes now when I call and loves to be petted. Yesterday I scheduled a vet appt for next week. So this weekend I need to get her inside. I plan to set her up in the spare bedroom and slowly introduce her to Kitty Gurl, Radar and Shortie. I think it's gonna be hell. KG will be hard, Radar probably the easiest, and Shortie is the wild card. His prey drive is insane, he walks past KG all day and ignores her. But if she runs he chases, she likes that 99% of the time. She tells him when she doesn't, and he backs off. Sooooo if we live through the next week, maybe next Sat I will have new pics. If you have advice to share, please DO!

Time for a bluebird share. You have seen the tins, but check out this tiny jar, heavy ribbed glass and a beautiful label remains. Blue bird antique tan shoe cream, have you ever? Me either, but this was spotted by Caroline Sweet Caroline… like the song 🎶 and snagged by me. I have never had a favorite jar before but now I do. Remember me y'all when you spot the odd household item with a bluebird label. That's the direction my collection is going. I have a "holy grail" tin I still want and I would love a bluebird soda bottle too. Just through it out there!

A new view of some old favorites today for . I recently saw a seller show a cabinet with some drawers upside down to make shelves, I thought it looked great, but I forgot about it til today. I realized my ginger bottles weren't quite enough on their own. Then ding, it occurred to me. I am inspired here daily. How about you, who has inspired you lately? I would love to hear about it.

Welcome September. Today I'm joining my friends from with a late summer share. Grocery store sunflowers simply arranged in the first cracker tin I ever purchased. They're sitting on a wonderfully rustic game board from my friend Christie birdies_mercantile_and_trading. I kept trying to add more to this centerpiece, but I realized they are perfectly prim as is. I want to believe the air feels the tiniest bit less humid this morning but it's a trick. September is long and hot, and fall feels are inside only.....but I can dream.

Did somebody say brown bottles? I have a few, and some brown labels, and a couple of bottles have brown liquid, does that count? Have I opened those, nope. Even though I am super curious about the smelling salts, I have managed to resist. I hope I am in time for and their challenge to share brown bottles/jugs.

I am sharing my piesafe top to bottom, cause yesterday the last couple of pieces arrived. All week I shared snippets. I was looking forward to the swallow crate sign from Melissa melissa • create | inspire | love ⊹ and the handmade birdhouse from Karen Karen Andrew to finish it up. They did not disappoint!

Happy Friday y'all, I'm sharing my little homegrown bouquet with Pat ℙat and her celebration of flowers as I continue to create a fall vibe in my fl home. I had to search, the heat and heavy rains haven't left much to choose from. But the dried hydrangeas and the candle were already on my coffee table, I had also unearthed another beautiful sunflower sign from Kristin Kristin 𝕊𝕀𝔾ℕ𝕊 & 𝕊𝔸𝕃𝕍𝔸𝔾𝔼 and my four o'clocks and coral vine are pretty perfect with that. I guess shop your stash continues in my scraggly yard!!! Win Win!

I have a creamer, do you? It's time to share with our friends at all day, every Thursday. Show us what you've got! This tiny restaurantware beauty would be perfect for pumpkin spice. Yep I'm one of those. I love pumpkin and apple everything. I'm not ready to make anything fall inspired yet, we're still too hot. But in my dreams of cooler days there's something delicious cooling on the counter, and maybe some homemade creamer.

It's y'all! My McCoy filled piesafe had a refresh. And wouldn't you know one of Kristin's Kristin 𝕊𝕀𝔾ℕ𝕊 & 𝕊𝔸𝕃𝕍𝔸𝔾𝔼 sunflower blocks paired perfectly with this creamer.
