It's Wednesday and time to join Kristin Kristin π•Šπ•€π”Ύβ„•π•Š & π•Šπ”Έπ•ƒπ•π”Έπ”Ύπ”Ό with y'all. The sun was so pretty shining on my clocks this morning, I knew it was time to share them again. I have a new clock face from Kathy Kathy King and a new clock from Lisa Lisa plus a new pencil box from Wendy Windy City Wendys and it's French! The peely label is my favorite part. The watch booklet is also new, and I can't remember who sold it. So cool! I missed the box with clock hands and an amazing label in a recent flatlay. Somebody find me one! It would be awesome in this mix. I walked with my kiddo today, and ventured into the Y yesterday. I am feeling sluggish and down lately so I need to change things up. Less time online, and more time doing s o m e t h I n g! So 2 days in and I am feeling optimistic. Next eye surgery in a few wks. And my big hair change this week. No hair color since Feb, and we are getting rid of the rest of the old color. I was born a redhead, but my color faded in my 30's. When I think of the vintage I could have bought with that money every month....for 30 yrs. It's a lot!!!

Y'all know I love happy mail and I get my fair share, but yesterday's mail included something extra special. I had a gift from friend and fellow shopper, Barbara Barbara Wampler Ham a total surprise. Something she saw and thought I would like, these little birds and her sweet note brought me to tears. The happy, grateful kind. I have seen some posts within our little vintage corner of Insta lately saying that it's not really the supportive community we think. That's not my experience, I'm glad to say. I feel a kinship with so many sellers, and other shoppers. I have seen support with the losses of family members and pets. When property has been damaged by fires and floods, people rallying to help. That's what friends do, in real life and here in "instaland". No group is perfect, but I will always believe there are more good, kind, and caring people in the world, than bad. This week Barbara hoped to make me smile, and I am still smiling❀ thanks my friend!

My beehive bowls have a new friend care of Renee and she's perfect to share today for πŸ’› I Iove both the graphics and the pattern. Do you remember gifts in soap boxes? I don't really. I did lick and paste a lot of Green Stamps back in the day. And when my parents smoked there was a Benson and Hedges catalog you could save packages to claim items. Anyone else remember those? I should do a little research on the company behind this bowl, wonder what they did. Hope you'll join Kristin and share some rustic goodies with us.

I did a small restyle of my garden table on the back porch, with some pretty results. So now I have a little cloche moment to share with Susan for her Tuesday hashie always a favorite part of my week. Hope every one is well, I scheduled my 2nd cataract appt. Gonna get it over and done! Made an appt at the SS office to prove I am who I say, (and ALL my other documents say), I am. I think younger women are smart to skip the name change when they marry, especially if children aren't in their plan. I also need to request mail in ballots for my household. Fla decided it was more efficient, for THEM, to require US to request them before every election cycle. I drop ours off at the supervisor of elections office, and THEY wanted to make it so a family member couldn't take everyone's in. That failed at least. Well this took a turn. But I don't pretend that I am anything, but what you see. Some days that's sunshine and rainbows, other times I might be a bit saltyπŸ’™

Should it take 7 frames to capture this still life..... asking for a friend? It's just so pretty to me, and I'm always torn. Love the close ups, and to see all the details, brushstrokes in this case. But I also love my background this time, such cool texture. I'm also loving the hard lines against the softer shapes in front. So you choose, have a favorite? I'd love to know. Artwork is the theme for and this piece arrived Saturday from Colette perfect for the challenge. I have so little wall space I don't shop much art, but this bitty beauty really spoke to me.

A do over already. I wanted to do subtle after having a bold table covering for a few wks. BUT the small stripes on the reverse of my little lap quilt were tooooo soft. And I had another sweet choice, right around the corner. Both of these quilt pieces were from Grace she's one of my go to small shops for beautiful linens and everything vintage! I moved a bunch of things around, starting with a new piece I received yesterday. I'll share that later this wk. Everything was used, I didn't need to treck upstairs to retrieve anything or to put something away. Small refresh for the win!

Slow sweet mornings, just me with my coffee and the dogs. Planning the day, a little cooking, a little cleaning, a thousand walks cause Shortie is always on the move. Radar's meds 10 times a day, feels like too much, but it's working. My sparky boy is back! Just a normal stay at home day, but it feels precious to me........

Pretty pieces today to brighten a cloudy day. I apparently need a lift, all the music choices I was drawn to this morning were pretty gloomy. I am waking up way earlier than I need, and it may be catching up with me. I am a bit cranky! I'm also home today, no Thursday outing with my bestie. We are having trouble lining up our schedules lately. And yes, I'm sad. BUT I do have a creamer to share, , or possibly a small gravy boat. Lauren and I weren't quite convinced. What we were sure of was this was a sweet crazed piece I'd love. She's paired with a lovely little needlepoint from Steph and a pair of doilies from Grace . I am going to do a little cleaning, and a little rearranging with some good music on, and get myself to a better place. I won't mope around too long. Make it a good day friends.

I am SO happy to share this view with y'all today! Especially since it is totally new and perfect for don't you think Kristin ? This is a barn find $5 cubby that I picked up a couple of years ago. It has been filled with terra cotta on my porch til now. I knew it was destined for more, and it has now found its purpose. Filled with some amazing new pieces, from some amazing IG sellers. From Kathy I have the wonderful crate piece, that fantastic receipt book, it is filled with the best ads for all kinds of tonics and wellness treatments. And the photo, is he a mad dr? Or diabolical pharmacist? Looks the part to me. I have bottles from Lisa and Nikki and also from Nikki, the syringe box she was saving for herself. Lucky for me she got excited about my vision. Also how about the stamp from Deb so fun! And the chippy white box from Karla came last night. The first aid kit was a gift from a customer at my shop. Of course I had to borrow some things from other spots the small jars were from Nicole large clock face from Kylie .gathered and those great little boxes from Caroline. I imagine a few beauty products in the emptly spots, toothpaste and face cream maybe. I don't have those yet. Another first aid kit is on the way and a small metal file box. Sorry I have gone on and ON....but I appreciate everyone. And keep me in mind, I still have a large blank spot to fill. New obsession medical stuff!

Sharing a birdcage as a cloche for again, until Susan bans me, it'll be my go too. I have soooo many, and yesterday sweet Steph added some little birds to my package. She said they need some love and a home. I think my stack of canary cages will be perfect for them. Maybe I can share that next week. Today, it's groceries and the chiropractor. Lunch and a nap afterwards. Happy day my friendsπŸ’™
