Last night People's Exchange hosted their annual name-your-price bouquet bar.

All the flowers were donated to PEX by neighbors.

From inside this cozy store I watched neighbor after neighbor carry bundles of flowers from their home gardens to share with each other and everyone else.

It's beautiful.
It's staggeringly beautiful.

We can do amazing things when we work together.

She shared that proceeds from the retail store support the organization's service center on Callow in the beloved Charleston District of Bremerton.

After 3 years of silent frustration begins a new out-loud frustration. 😆

Tbh, I'll probably take the signs down in a couple weeks. They don't match the aesthetic 💅 but they do match the sentiment.

Please stop idling vehicles while doing "quick errands."

The exhaust stinks up my store. 💨
It's bad for the planet. 🤷
And the engine sounds complete with the sick tunes inside. 👯

Basically, it harshes the vibe. ☺️ And vibes are everything.
