Troubleshooting problems with equipment to identify problems and determine solutions

Performing preventive maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts and checking fluid levels

Inspecting equipment for defects in materials or workmanship to ensure that it meets industry standards for safety and quality
Inspecting and repairing parts such as ignition systems, fuel systems, cooling systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems

Maintaining inventory of parts or supplies such as oil, grease, and filters as well as any special tools or equipment needed to perform repairs

Installing new equipment and repairing existing equipment to keep it operating safely and efficiently
Repairing small engines, including scrub vacuum, grinders and other equipment used in construction
Diagnosing problems with equipment by testing components and performing tests onsite to determine the cause of the malfunction

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Generate detailed and competitive project estimates, ensuring transparency and clarity in communication.

Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and product developments within the flooring market.
Provide clients with comprehensive information on various flooring options.
Advise clients on the most suitable products based on their requirements and preferences.

Sales: Actively engage with clients to understand their flooring needs and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, emphasizing the unique value propositions of our company.
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure win-win solutions for both the client and the company.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project ex*****on and customer satisfaction.

Administration:Maintain accurate and organized records of all estimates, sales activities, and client interactions.

Qualifications:

Experience in flooring estimation and sales within the construction industry.

This morning, we had a highly productive session on preventive maintenance for some of our machines. It was incredibly valuable to learn more about the best ways to maintain our equipment and keep everything running smoothly. The hands-on experience with the machines added a lot of practical value to the training session, making it even more beneficial for all of us.
