In honor of Pam Faulkner’s 30th work anniversary, we’re highlighting some of her favorite projects. First up: The Andrews Institute of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, which opened in 2007. This is 141,000 ft.² state-of-the-art facility includes a surgery center, physical therapy, physician, offices, and athletic Performance Center, and a research and education center with a surgical skills lab.
Serving both every day patients and world class athletes, The Andrews Institute is a testament to Pam’s impact on Healthcare design. Congratulations on 30 years!

Meet the Team: Anni

Ask anyone at Inner Design Studio and they’ll tell you that Anni Zusin is “the glue that holds us together.” As controller and head of the product procurement division, she juggles numerous tasks and functions as the “business side” of Inner Design. Before joining the firm, she did accounting work for a healthcare company, baked for a four-star restaurant in New Jersey, started a few small businesses, and dabbled in the beauty product industry. Anni is truly a Jane-of-all-trades and always keeps busy with the diverse workload at Inner Design. Aside from her Inner Design family, she has two sons (Corey and Michael) with her husband Michael. Although, she’s not technically an interior designer, Anni likes decorating and rearranging her house in addition to helping her sons work on their home projects.

Celebrating 30 years of Inner Design Studio!

On March 1, 1993 our trailblazing leader .donner ventured out and started her own business. Fast forward to 2023, Inner Design Studio has completed over 1,000 projects across 44 states. We are 14 employees strong and are continuing to pave a path of thoughtful design with healing solutions.

Cheers to 30 more years!

Project Highlight: Tampa General Rehabilitation Hospital

This project was designed by Earl Swensson Associates in partnership with LifePoint Health, Kindred Rehabilitation Services, and Anchor Health Properties. This facility specializes in neurological rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, stroke rehabilitation, orthopedics, and more.

We were able to provide furniture procurement and specifications for this 80,000 square feet, 80-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility.

Earlier this year we had the privilege of signing the final beam placed on the new Nashville Women’s Rescue Mission facility at their topping out event. We are so excited and honored to be a part of this project and to watch it come to life!

Project Highlight: Prasada FSED

This boutique style FSED in Surprise, Arizona is focused on the health and well-being of the surrounding community. We collaborated with Honor Health, Intuitive Health, and to design a 12,026 square foot facility that accommodates ease of access for patients, efficient provider care, lowers out-of-pocket costs for patients.
