It’s summertime. Our houses functions differently these days. Little feet come running in from the yard after a long play in the sprinkler. Wet clothes thrown onto the floor. All semblance of routine and hanging things up in their proper place a distant memory we left behind on the last day of school.

Snacks are free flowing and the pantry is a revolving door. Popsicles on the porch and all the fresh summer fruit.

Our houses are pushed to the limit in the summer in the best ways. They’re messier, louder, busier—and happier. These are the days.

I’ve been quieter here on Instagram the past couple of weeks. Because life is full and summer is in full swing. And I’m grateful for every ice cream afternoon and crazy day spent juggling work and life.

I have a feeling Instagram will be a little quieter this summer for Peach & Pine. I hope your summer is a little quieter too. 🤎

For years, Jeremy has quietly been the person building the framework behind Peach & Pine.

While I leaned into my own strengths and creativity, he became obsessed with the systems, strategy, operations, and profitability side of things—not because he loves spreadsheets (although maybe a little 😉) but because we wanted to build a business that supported our family and our life, not one that consumed it.

A lot of what we’ve built at Peach & Pine came through trial and error. Learning lessons the hard way. Figuring things out as we went.

Over time, Jeremy started realizing that many designers were asking the same questions and facing the same challenges we had faced: pricing, systems, profitability, client experience, team structure, and how to grow a business without sacrificing everything else in the process.

So he created Method—a business framework designed specifically for interior designers who want to run a better business, not just create beautiful work.

He’s opening a very small founding group of just five designers to go through the program live and receive a high-touch experience before the full launch.

Countertops have been a hot topic over here for the last couple of days, and I love all the feedback from all of you! I’ve saved all of the conversation in a highlight in my stories!

After so many questions about the types of materials we use and love, I have created a roundup of some of our most used materials and what they look like in various spaces. There are so many spaces that I had to leave out of this roundup for lack of space, so if you want to know anything specific about one of the rooms in our portfolio, don’t hesitate to ask!
