Plot twist…

Some things have a funny way of coming full circle.

Interior Accents has evolved a lot over the years. What began with a love for transforming spaces eventually took me into weddings, then interiors, and into some incredible projects along the way.

But apparently, I wasn’t quite finished with weddings.

This summer, I had the chance to step back into that world in a very personal way while designing my daughter and stepson’s wedding.

And somewhere in the middle of all the details, decisions, florals, layouts, finishes and final touches, I realized something…

I missed this.

Not the ladders.
Not setting up 150 chairs.
Definitely not loading trucks at midnight.

I missed the design. The vision. The details. The transformation.

That part of the wedding industry has always felt very natural to me, and after years of experience in both weddings and interior design, I started thinking about what it would look like to bring the two together in a completely different way.

So here’s the plot twist…

Interior Accents is returning to the wedding industry.

But not quite the way you remember us.

Not a return to “what I used to do”

Something different.

Something much more to me.

Interior Accents is entering a new chapter, bringing together years of design experience, an obsession with the details, and a completely new approach!

This next chapter is less about setup and rentals and much more about the creative side of the process: helping couples develop the look, feel and overall direction of their wedding with an experienced designer behind it.

There is much more coming soon, and this time, we’re doing things a little differently.

If you would have asked me a long time ago if I’d ever design my own daughters wedding, I probably would not have know what to answer! Most of you know that I have been part of the wedding industry for over 22 years of my life. It’s always been my happy place!

Last weekend, I had the honor to do just that, again! Almost 2 years of planning and designing went into this and my heart could not have been more full. The amount of hours and all the work that was put into it was worth everything when Emily Boucher & Andrew saw the room for the first time. Yes, I had kept it a surprise!!! They gave me a vision, and if you know me, I ran and made it happen.

However, none of this would have been possible without the proper vendor team that we had in place! From the day of coordination, the venue, the florist, decor rental etc… that whole team made all of this happen and I could not be more grateful! Everyone understood the assignment 100%

It was one heck of a wedding! SO much love 🤍

Did you miss us!? Because we missed you! 🫶

As some of you may know, Devin and I stepped away from the event business a little over three years ago after welcoming our fourth daughter. As parents of four little girls, we took some much-needed time to focus on what mattered most-our family.

Now we're back—and we're so excited for this new chapter!

This time around, things will look a little different. While we won't be offering tent rentals and large event setups like before, we're taking a leap and trying something new. We can't wait to grow alongside our amazing clients while creating beautiful celebrations together.

We saw a need for a little extra help bringing special events to life in our community, and we're here to do just that.
