Simplistic Chocolate Dream Cake

Ultimate Decadence One-Bowl Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup hot water
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in hot water until the batter is well combined. It will be thin.
Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cakes cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting and enjoy!

1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream and salsa for serving
Directions:
