Currently Burning… 🕯️🔥

I love that I get to burn my own candles. That was the exact reason why I started making them in the first place!

But the reality of running a candle business is that most of the time, when a candle is lit in my house, I’m conducting quality control burn tests. I hardly ever get the chance to just light a candle, sit back, and purely enjoy it.

Since last week, though, I’ve been treating myself. I grabbed the very last Pomander candle left in stock after the holidays, and I am so glad I did. With rich notes of orange peel, cardamom, nutmeg, and incense, it’s the ultimate luxe scent, perfect for the holidays, but honestly even better for these cozy days after.

We are so excited to share that our bestselling CT Map Candles are baccccccck!
We originally released these candles with two of our OG scents Pear Spice & Fall All Year. But, I always knew that I wanted to create a unique scent blend that speaks to what Connecticut really means to me & have been working on perfecting this for the past year. I’m happy to finally introduce our Shoreline scent with notes of crisp Ocean Air, Seaweed & Driftwood, poured into our beautiful white ceramic CT Map jar. BIG changes in the studio! ✨

I’m always dreaming up new blends, and of such need to make room for what’s coming next. So we’re moving a few of our “OG” scents into our “Vault”.

Don’t worry, they aren’t gone for good. they’re just moving to a made-to-order home. Since we won’t be keeping these stocked on the shelves anymore, we’ll be hand-pouring them specifically for you whenever you place an order.

I’m so excited for our new arrivals, but I’m even happier your favorites are staying right where they belong—in your home.

My word for this year is REST! In my personal life & in my business.

As someone who’s naturally Type A, slowing down doesn’t come easy. I like plans, structure, momentum. But I’m learning that rest doesn’t mean giving up, it means allowing space. Plans can shift & pauses are allowed.

The world is very loud right now, but I encourage you to join me in RESTING.

The world will keep moving, but today I’m choosing to move more gently. And if you need permission to do the same, this is it.

Even if it’s just for today, rest. You owe yourself that. 🤍
