It's my 3 year anniversary today! I am so happy I took the leap and went out on my own. It's been a pleasure building lasting relationships as the trusted flooring guy for many of my customers, and its been exciting earning the trust and business of all my new customers! Thru referrals and different social media groups I have learned and grown so much. I love having the freedom to set my own pace and scheduling, as well as ascertaining the ongoing training I've been eager for previous years to find, with certifications and new technological and more cost effective ways of installation of floors, its helped me put myself as a stand out above the other companies.

Following close manufacturers specs to provide my customers with the FULL and intact warranties, along with my 1 year labor warranty, provides my customers with transparency and accountability that they can trust, something that a lot of bigger companies can't honestly say they do these days, unfortunately.

I also want to give a big shout out to Maggie Hejtmanek with Fenyx StLouis for the extremely outstanding job of helping me with my social media presence on the business, my marketing and branding, and soon to come webpage! She is very skilled in the areas that I am not, and has helped my business grow with her professional touch, and I am very grateful for those talents that she provides!

At Top Tier Floors I believe in FULL transparency, integrity to my valued customers, and myself. That being said, my rating recently took a hit, apparently because I called out someone's shoddy work and they didn't like it, and also didnt have the balls to have a conversation about it, but rather blocked me so nothing could be said. So here he is, and some pics of his work that clearly isn't to specs in many areas, and further info from Google. I know there will always be haters because they don't strive to do jobs correctly, or to manufacturers specs, so they'll try what they can to bring more successful people down, and if that's all they have, then that's sad.

I started my business because the vast majority of businesses out there dont follow what the manufacturers state needs to be done, they get complacent in their ways, and dont continue educating themselves or their employees to do better. That isn't what I'm about, or my company is about, and I will continue to call out mistakes and corners cut to protect the standards of my trade, my potential customers, and to educate others where others have failed, in hopes to strengthen the INTEGRITY of the trade.

I always invite any haters, or people that think I come off as harsh for trying to call out a mistake in my trade, that ultimately weakens trust with other contractors in my trade, customers, or GCs, to an open dialogue about it. I understand that text doesnt always translate tone well, but further dialogue usually comes to understanding via DM.

To clarify for anyone reading: I do not engage in retaliatory reviews or attacks on businesses. My focus remains on education, transparency, and proper installation standards to protect homeowners. I appreciate the continued trust of my clients.
