Today, I want to write a little bit about addictions. I am not a doctor or therapist or a medical professional, but I want to talk about experiences that I have been around when I was much younger. I experienced my step brother addicted to drugs we were a month apart and very close for al long time whenever he tried to spend time with family after he started he was always very angry and very moody so he decided that staying away from us was the best thing to do for the longest time we didn't know where he was or if he was ok he would try to call and check in but didn't always happen....

My husband is an amazing man he never had any kids of his own. But how he is with kids has always amazed me. kids love him even kids who "don't go to men " have no hesitation about going to him. My youngest son was a typical teenager we asked him to not take food to the basement because we have fields and mice it was annoying but a typical teenager move one day he asked us if his girlfriend could move in because she was living in a very bad situation at home. They were both over 18 but we weren't crazy about the idea but we couldn't let her stay in a bad situation so we agreed to let her move in but made it clear that we had to sit down and there would be some rules they both agreed so she came for a few days and we sat down and talked and went over the rules which I don't think we're bad....

So now that my kids were back home it was in the time of covid so I went to get the kids registered for school got my daughter started no problem but because Arron was in high school they had to have his records to see what he needed I called the last known 2 schools and they no longer had his records they had been sent to an online school so I contacted them and they said that they couldn't send his records until the computer they sent to his father was returned....

I married my first husband James at 17 I was 4 months pregnant with cameron I was a senior in high school we planned on getting married after I graduated anyway so we just moved it up a few months after I graduated james decided to go to trucking school and he was gone for it felt like forever in that time I was working 2 jobs and raising my son we started to grow apart when he finally finished he came home and we worked really hard to try and come back together we were living with my mom at the time and we decided that we needed to get out on our own if things were gonna work out between us so we got an apartment in the next town over it was in the middle between my job and his things got better for awhile but we started growing apart again because he worked 3rd shift and I worked 1st we never saw each other the only conversations we had were over the phone finally it just got to be too much for us to handle he was always a good father but not the best husband and honestly I wasn't the best wife either so we went our seperate ways after he moved out we did try one last time to work things out but it still didn't work we both deserved better not long after our split I met Christopher…...

My oldest lives with us and he is definitely my care taker. He always tries his best to help everyone else out whenever he can. he's from my first marriage he has a wonderful father. Things didn't work out for us but he was always there for cameron and honestly he was there for me too even after the split. And his wife is amazing I could not have hand picked someone better for my ex or for my son....
