Y’all… you get us in trouble with the neighbors! 😂

We love a good turnout. We love seeing y’all. We do not want to leave the neighborhood with half the lawns looking like we hosted the county fair. 😂

Please park respectfully, don’t block driveways or mailboxes, and KEEP IT OUT OF THE GRASS.

Today, we open the doors at 21720 Plantation Road.

Of course, our job is to sell the contents of a home—but I believe there is a right way to do that. Every estate we enter belonged to real people, with a lifetime of memories, interests, adventures and things they loved.

This particular collection tells quite a story.

You’ll see the Cheers family’s love of travel, fly fishing, the great outdoors and Mountain Sports woven throughout this home. These aren’t simply “things for sale.” They represent places traveled, hobbies enjoyed, years spent outdoors and a life well lived.

As you visit us this weekend, I ask for a few simple things: please be safe while on the property, be respectful of the home and surrounding neighborhood, and most importantly, help us honor the family by appreciating this collection and the stories behind it.

We are grateful to the family for trusting Estate Sales by Kara with something so personal, and we’re honored to share it with you.
