Friday's phone call:
Customer: "Are you open?"
Me: "Yes, I'll be here until 5."
Customer: "Great, I'll be there in about 30 minutes."

35 or so minutes later:
Customer: "Am I at the right door, I can't get in?"
Me, walking to the bookstore door and thinking customer missed the sign to enter through the bookstore: "People have been coming in all day, where are you?"
Customer: "Adams, Massachusetts."
Me: "That could be the problem, I'm in Broadalbin NY."

I am thankful for the customers who found the right village and door yesterday. We will be open 10- 5 today at the Broadalbin location. :-)

Beautiful bench that I just finished this week. Brought to me from Washington DC, the "caner" down there said the seat could not be done and charged the customer for a painted plywood seat, never even doing the painted back. I removed both and was able to do the bench in the proper materials with no problem.
