Hey all! I apologize for not updating sooner.

I had my first radiation treatment and idk if it’s something I’ll want to continue doing.

I am going to call tomorrow and try to get in for an appointment and see what the radiation oncologist suggests.

Then, if all goes well, I’ll continue treatment and start over 😉

I will always also admit when I make a mistake. I had someone order and I totally forgot about it and she didn’t get her order. I feel horrible!! Please, if I don’t reply on Facebook, text me because sometimes the messages don’t come through here on the business page.

Update: All original casserole spots are officially filled — thank you guys so much!! I will be delivering tomorrow between 11am and 1pm.

I’ve had a few more people reach out, so I’m opening up 2–3 extra spots before I go shopping today.

If you’ve been thinking about it, now’s the time — once these are gone, that’s it for this round.

I’ve had several people ask me to make stacked enchiladas, so I decided to go ahead and do them this round!

*I WILL NOT BE MAKING SINGLE SERVINGS THIS TIME AROUND. *

New Mexico style stacked enchiladas

$30 each

Feeds 4–6 people

Your choice of:

🎄 Christmas (red & green)

~ lettuce, tomato, and onion upon request. 

(Only 3 casseroles available) I would like to keep it at three, but if I get more than three, I might be willing to add more. It will just depend on how many I get. I want to make sure that I can make them all and deliver them all on time.

Gross, 10/10 don’t recommend… I am a pretty decent cook, so I can usually save the day with seasonings, and there was no saving this…

Also, anytime I make a menu. I am always willing to make a casserole of enchiladas. Just let me know when you place your order that you want to add a casserole and I’ll get it done.
