Looking to create an eye-catching sight at your property? KB Designs is here to help! Our services mainly revolve around holiday decorating and/or initial or remodel interior design services. We are also equipped to reach all heights of the exterior of your property as well!

We include up to 7 holidays with individual and package pricing. Our decorating services include birthdays and anniversaries & are available county wide! The holidays our services cover are:

Warmest of welcomes to the official page of KB Designs, LLC!

First and foremost, my name is Kelsey Boles and alongside my incredible husband, Karstin, we are the gracious owners of this service company primarily aimed toward investment properties in Hochatown, OK. Combined we have accumulated almost 9 years of experience in the area's vacation cabin rental industry and are excited to begin this new journey in providing much needed services to the stunning and ever-growing and changing area we have loved our entire lives. Both locals to McCurtain County, we genuinely believe our knowledge and professionalism, as well as our compassion and desire to do right by others, can and will create long-lasting, beneficial, and downright wonderful partnerships. We are always more than willing to share our extensive resumes and discuss every area in which we have ample experience to give the utmost care to each and every one of our clients.

Our focal services include holiday decorating services (including 7 total holidays), ranging from individual to package pricing, with incentives for repeat customers. Additionally, we offer to relieve even more stress out of buying a new property by extending our services for initial/remodel interior design plans.

We also plan to provide cleaning services for a very small number of privately managed cabins, whereas most of our experience lies in that field alongside social media marketing, guest communications, numerous troubleshooting calls all hours of the day, and ensuring properties are being maintained to the highest of standards.
