Welcome to Mansfield Outdoors.
My name is Michael Mansfield.
I’m a husband, father, Eagle Scout, scoutmaster, retired Marine, chef, outdoorsman, and storyteller.
For most of my life, I’ve lived between two worlds:
the kitchen and the outdoors.
One taught me discipline, craftsmanship, and hospitality.
The other taught me patience, respect, self-reliance, and tradition.
Mansfield Outdoors was created to bring those worlds together.
This page is about:
• hunting traditions
• fishing culture
• conservation
• live-fire cooking
• storytelling
• family
• mentorship
• outdoor heritage
• and preserving a way of life that still matters.
Everything we cook outdoors is done over real fire:
wood, charcoal, cast iron, smoke, flame, and coals.
No gimmicks.
No staged influencer content.
Just real experiences, real food, and real stories.
Over time, this page will grow into films, outdoor cooking content, guide partnerships, field-to-table experiences, and stories from the lands and waters that shaped us.
We’re proud Texans but even more proud to call Oklahoma home while working throughout, Oklahoma Arkansas, Texas, and beyond.
I’d truly appreciate your support as we build this journey.
