Double Chocolate Chunk Brownies Recipe

**Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks

**Instructions:

Prepare the Oven and Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the melted and cooled butter with the granulated sugar. Whisk until well blended. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Add Dry Ingredients
Sift together the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can make the brownies dense.

- Dredge the Fish: Dredge each fish fillet in the flour mixture, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it completely with panko breadcrumbs.

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). You can also adjust the temperature based on your preference, between 400-450 degrees Fahrenheit is common for this recipe.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easier cleanup (optional).
Cut the French bread in half, lengthwise, creating two long halves. You can also cut each half into individual serving sizes if you prefer.
Brush both halves of the bread with olive oil.
For added flavor, you can make garlic butter by mixing softened butter with minced garlic and spreading that on the bread instead of plain olive oil.
Here comes the toasting step! There are two options:
Option 1: Toast the bread directly on the baking sheet, cut side facing up, for about 4 minutes. This will slightly crisp the bread before adding toppings.
Option 2: Skip toasting the bread for a softer crust.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over each bread half.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce. You can also add parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
