Harmony Creations - Get Hook'd Handmade crochet items. Every project has been prayed over! Welcome and hello! My name is Jennifer and I started crocheting in 2016! Thank you for being here!

I was inspired by my late grandmother who was an incredible artist in many ways! I decided to teach myself through Youtube with the desire of walking in her footsteps and have been taking the last several years to get ready for this moment! Welcome to Harmony Creations - Get Hook’d! The inspiration for the name is about faith and music. One of my favorite things in life is growing my relationship

with Christ. When I walk in my faith life flows like a beautiful harmony! Through every up and down He stands beside me. I quickly found a passion in baby things such as: blankets, outfits, and stuffed animals/loveys! Although it doesn't stop there, the options are endless! Anything you see can be made in colors of your desire. Many Blessings! �

This Rooster is incredible special. I feel so blessed to have been able to make it for Olivia and here is why.

In 2020 Dalton (my husband) was deployed with the 82nd airborne. He had the privilege of rooming with another Soldier who became his friend. SPC Miguel Villalon. Miguel was kind, helpful, an old soul who loved to listen to Frank Sinatra, and an incredible soldier who wanted to be in special operations when he got home. Unfortunately on January 11th 2020 he and his truck got struck by an IED. 2 of the 4 soldiers passed away and the other two sustained significant injuries. He died for you and me… all of us. He gave the ultimate sacrifice.

Olivia his mother reached out to me and asked if I would make a rooster in honor of him as that’s what he was known as. I asked her permission to share his story. She wants to keep his memory alive. The photo below is Dalton and Miguel enjoying an evening of painting together and sharing the same interest in Pokémon. The other photo is the rooster made for Olivia. She is on my page and I’m sure would see all your comments. So feel free to flood them with positivity and thankfulness!

I got to crochet on the plane! Finished 2 blankets, here is one of them! I went with a soft but bold blue on the back with a darker border! You can grab this at my show August 1st! 🫶🏻
