We’re making delicious spicy salmon onigiri using Salmon, a plant-based salmon alternative.
Oshi Salmon has to be the most salmony vegan salmon on the market 😅. I mean from flavor to detail , they really did their thing with this salmon. 10/10
We rinse premium sushi rice, season it with agave and rice wine vinegar, then prepare a spicy salmon filling with vegan mayo, sriracha, Korean red pepper, cayenne, and adobo seasoning. We layer the rice in onigiri molds, add sliced cucumber and avocado for balance, and create five individual onigiri that can be wrapped and stored in the fridge.
