Today is World Mental Health Day!
I want us all to take a moment to sit with God, be one with the silence, or even journal and with great intentions and purpose to genuinely let go of all that is no longer serving you.
Think about these 3 things ‡οΈ
What habits, beliefs, or patterns have you outgrown and wish to release this season?
How will letting go of this allow for new life to grow?
What intentions do you want to set for the rest of the year, and what steps or actions can you take to move closer to your desired outcome?
Fun Facts:
π§ In honor of World Mental Health Day, the app is offering 40% off their premium plan, which gives you access to music to help you focus, relax, and sleep; hours of guided meditation; lullabies and bedtime stories for kids, and so much more.
Who knows, maybe one day you'll hear my voice facilitating a guided meditation on the app one day ππ½β‘οΈ
π§ We are still honoring and celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, and I recently read an article that mentioned mental health experts have been working on increasing accessibility for the Hispanic communities to seek help. Seeking help is a universal language, so they have employed a solution to combat the language barrier issues, and now, all 988 Mental Health Lifelines have a Spanish language texting option to help remove the stigma and empower individuals and families to seek help.
πΈ - Live a life of luxury β¨οΈ
Like these beautiful sisters who took a moment of self-care sister time to curate a custom candle that amplifies their ideal style of luxury at our monthly sip and pour candle-making experience at the .Art.Cave happening on October, 29th from 4pm - 8pm
I love that for them.
My sisters are my best friends too π
