OUTDOOR WEATHER | With intermittent Spring in the air, we know our clients have already begun to put their terrace to great use. The terrace, which offers a much needed extension to the main living area, provides extended entertainment space and an opportunity to introduce greenery to a home full of pets. We chose the open wicker sectional to lighten the visual impact of the furnishings and to allow the incredible city views beyond the railing scrollwork to remain the focal point.

The minimalist bar, designed by us to maintain the site lines through the glass wall, was a fun exercise in proportion, balance, and interest. Grateful to our longtime fabricator for bringing our design to life. Swipe left to see 🖤

TRUST | facilitates the best outcomes. When ideas are allowed to develop, no’s are not part of the vocabulary, and time is not a soul crushing constraint. FOCAL POINT | This moment in our Park Row project is the first thing you see on your approach into the living room. Hand-drawn turned hand-carved sliding panels support all the organic and slightly whimsical shapes in this space.
