Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook your ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add the diced onion and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened. Season with salt, pepper, and ranch seasoning.
In a separate bowl, combine the cheddar cheese soup with a little water to loosen it up, then stir in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Stir until it's creamy and gooey.
Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Layer the tater tots on top of the beef.
Pour the cheesy soup mixture over the tater tots, then top it with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Pop it into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the tater tots are crispy and the cheese is bubbling and golden.

Ingredients:
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
½ cup buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Add the milk and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s fully coated. Lay them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the cauliflower for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.

Ingredients:
1 package (16.5 oz) chocolate chip cookie dough
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners for easy cleanup.
Roll your cookie dough into small balls and place one ball in each muffin cup. Press them down gently to form a little cookie base.

Instructions:

Vanilla Pecan Pralines
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 7 oz evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 package (11 oz) vanilla or white chocolate chips (Ghirardelli recommended)
- 4 oz marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. Place two long sheets of waxed paper on cookie sheets or your countertop .
2. Add sugar, milk, and butter to a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low boil and continue boiling while stirring for 8 minutes .
3. Stir in the vanilla chips and marshmallow creme until the chips are fully melted. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla and pecans, ensuring everything is evenly combined .
4. Let the mixture cool for 2–3 minutes until thick but still creamy. If it feels too firm, add a couple of teaspoons of evaporated milk and stir well .

Crazy Good Casserole
4 -5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 slices of quality bacon
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 box (16 ounces) dried spiral pasta
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Cook and crumble bacon.
While bacon is cooking, cut chicken into bite sized chunks.
Set cooked bacon aside for later use.
In the same pan cook chicken in bacon drippings.
Add garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
While chicken is cooking prepare pasta according to directions.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Drain pasta, return to pot.
Add chicken, both cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese.
Stir to mix well.
Pour into prepared baking pan.
Top with crumbled bacon and remaining Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes, just until cheese is melted and beginning to brown on top
