Cheesy Beef Burrito Wrap
Ingredients:
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilis)
• ½ cup chopped green peppers
• ½ cup diced onions
• 1 packet taco seasoning mix
• Nacho cheese-flavored Doritos, crushed
• 4 flour tortilla wraps
• Shredded lettuce
Directions:
1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it turns brown. Remove any extra fat.
2. Add onions and green peppers to the skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes until they soften.
3. Mix in the taco seasoning and stir well.
4. In a separate bowl, blend the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce until smooth.
5. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
6. Spread some of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
7. Add a scoop of the beef mixture, sour cream, extra onions, peppers, and crushed Doritos.
8. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll them up tightly like a burrito.
9. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
10. Cook the burritos in the skillet for a few minutes on each side until they are crispy and golden brown.
11. Serve hot with shredded lettuce and your favorite toppings.
