I lived in Woodstock NY from age 5 to 16, about two miles walking distance from town. The mother across the street from me, I think her name was Sissy, she owned the General Store in town and I bought sweets there, my favorite were the raspberry gummy candies and the chocolate caramel turtles. Later my friend Tiny Stainker is now owning this shop and she sells beautiful hand made local and imported clothing and jewelry. Tiny also owns and lives in the house I use to live in, when I grew up in Woodstock. So when I visit I can see the house I lived in while growing up.

I have added linen yarn crochet in a flower of life pattern, embroidery, beads and patchwork to them to cover up the holes and i love how they turned out 🙂🩷 .
