A little over a year ago, we were asked to build a set of arched stools made entirely from Hickory Heartwood. In the same way that that project changed the trajectory of our work, this one did too.

This was, by far, the largest project we’ve take on - over 15’ long and 8’ tall. It was multi-faceted - doors, drawers, adjustable shelves, floating shelves, and required a lot of planning.

Completing this project gave us so much confidence. It was and will continue to be a reminder of what we’re capable of as woodworkers and as creatives.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how grateful we are to have collaborated with so many wonderful people who trust us to bring their vision to life ✨

I’m…obsessed ✨😍

Acting as both a window seat with flip-top storage and communal seating for a dining table, these benches are efficient and versatile.

My favorite feature of this set is the vertical grain. Coupled with the dramatic rounded corners, these benches fit seamlessly into the space.

This one is called Violet’s Console 🐾

Designed to efficiently store everything you might need to pick up or drop off in an entryway, this console is a crossroads of art and functionality.

The two-tone color scheme adds striking contrast, while the arched hardwood handles offer a bit of softness - a stunning juxtaposition.

This piece lives alongside a Custom Breakfast Nook we design and built earlier this year. The handles mimic the colors and curves of this set, making the space feel calm and cohesive!

Thank you again for allowing us to stretch our creative muscles! Brandon and I are already looking forward to the next project 🛠️

Back when Path was just something I dreamt about, the thought of being able to create something that lasts all the while paying homage to nature seemed so fulfilling.

As Path has grown, and Brandon and I with it, we often find ourselves marveling over the beautiful materials we get to work with. We’re often awe-struck by grain patterns, burls and curls and colors.

This particular project resonated with the nature-loving side of us both. The racetrack shaped table top sat atop three substantial solid wood columns that very quickly came to resemble little tree trunks!

We decided on an asymmetrical base design and an English Chestnut stain. This project isn’t quite complete (!!!), but it’s safe to say that we’re already head over heels for this one! ✨

When you’ve got a juicer, some cookie sheets and a food processor that just don’t fit in traditional cabinets.. you build the cabinet around the appliances!

We had a great time designing and building this minimalist kitchen island. Drawing inspiration from traditional Scandinavian design, we utilized white matte laminate and Baltic Birch plywood with polished edges to achieve a clean, simple look.

Functional furniture makes all the difference ✨

Brandon and I love when we get the opportunity to…
1. work with someone we’ve worked with before, and
2. design and build multiple pieces of furniture for a single space

This project allowed us to do both! We created a massive coffee table worthy of being a centerpiece, complimented by two matching end tables. The heavy distress fits perfectly in this gorgeous bayside home!

WE BUILT A STUDIO DESK FOR STEVE MILLER!! 🤯

Sorry for yelling…but this still feels pretty surreal. About a month ago, we were asked to build a desk for a music studio. It was an our first time working with laminate and a quick turnaround, but, as always, we viewed this challenge as an opportunity.

We soon realized that the desk we were building would be going in Steve Miller’s personal home studio.

This desk has got two rack units on casters, black laminate and hardwood trim. The contrast between the laminate and the natural-stained trim is as striking as the studio itself.

We’re really proud of this one and feel super grateful to do what we do!!

The Chestnut Breakfast Nook! 🪵🍃🛠️

Brandon and I had a great time designing this set for a narrow kitchen in need of seating and storage. The fluted pedestal base, green accent and rounded elements are what make this set special ✨

The benches have hardwood tops and flip-top storage with concealed hinges and soft-close hardware (no fingers getting caught in our benches)!!

Feeling super grateful that we get to exercise our creativity so often.
