Happy Valentine's Day, everyone !!😍

I ❤️❤️❤️ this song, but what I love more is how the powerful lyrics and Whitney's beautiful voice force me take an honest look at myself in regard to my own self-love.

❤️ I ask myself, is learning to love yourself really that "easy to achieve"?

❤️ For some, I believe it just plain is- it's much easier.

❤️ As for me, I admit freely I'm a work in progress, and with my background in behavioral science, I understand why. However, I DO love myself 😍(most of the time 🤣 that is)!!

❤️ As for Whitney, I'm afraid addiction got the best of her. I so wish she could have risen above it all and lived a full life truly loving herself.

Remember this ...

❤️❤️ Self-love doesn't come without healing and healing is the ultimate act of self-love ❤️❤️.

I hope you take good care of YOU today, friend!

⛅⛅⛅ I'm wholeheartedly embracing CLOUD DANCER, the Pantone Color of the year for 2026! A color selected to represent the desire to switch out modern day chaos for peace, clarity and well-being. Even an interior designer with bold style (LIKE ME) can appreciate this.

Your life is a blank canvas.
